Filters and Sieves

Filters and sieves can be present in the most diverse areas, especially the Chemical Industry.

Filtration is a method used to separate solids from liquid or fluid that is suspended by passing the liquid or fluid through a permeable medium capable of retaining solid particles. There are several types of filters, especially industrial filters. These filters are used for cleaning and / or treating industrial oils, greases, resins, gases, water, among others.

Screening is a mechanical process used to separate into different fractions, particles of different sizes, usually solid material. The sieving can be processed with different sieves, with emphasis on vibrating sieves, rotating sieves, or disc sieves, widely used in the Chemical Industry.
