Heat exchangers

Heat exchangers are designed for the most different areas, from the Chemical, Food, and Petrochemical Industry.

The heat exchanger is an equipment designed for efficient heat transfer from one medium to another. Its purpose is to transfer heat from one fluid to another, at different temperatures. The efficiency of a heat exchanger depends essentially on its construction material, the geometric characteristics, and the characteristics of the fluid (flow, temperature, and thermal conductivity coefficient).

This equipment can be built in several constructive forms according to their use, being the main ones: shell and tubes, plates, and plates fins. They can also have two phases, single-phase and multiphase.
