These terms and conditions apply to the BTL website located at http://www.btl.pt (the "Site"). BTL can be referred to here as "BTL", "our", or "we". We can refer to you as "User".
The use of the BTL Site automatically assigns the status of User and implies acceptance, fully and without reservations, of all the provisions included in the Terms and Conditions, in the version in force at each time you access the Site.

BTL does not make online sales, so interested Users should contact BTL by any means available if they are interested in purchasing a product or service and have ascertained at that time the concrete conditions of their purchase and the updated information applicable to such product and/or service.
BTL assumes no responsibility for any damage, of any nature, arising from the use of this website. If the User is not satisfied with the use of the Site or the way it is managed, he should stop using it.

If any provision described herein is considered illegal, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision will be eliminated or reduced under the terms of the law, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

This contract and its interpretation are subjected to the Portuguese law. Any dispute regarding the existence, validity, effectiveness, interpretation, application or integration of these Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the competent court of the county of Oliveira de Azeméis with express resignation of any other.
